Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Furniture Ocean Kenya. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase.
If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or special-order furniture

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank (processing times may vary)

6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
